We all go through thunderbolts of life because they are certainly an inevitable part of life.

Sometimes life hits us with many heart-throbbing situations where we feel wrecked and life seems like its draped into darkness.





Man is nature's best of the creations with the highest level of intelligence along with a unique element of Emotional quotient.

With such epic elements in us which we use to evolve and elevate with multiple revolutionary discoveries, can it not tackle the emotional turmoil it goes through and transforms into bliss with a positive perception? Certainly, it can, if we programme our masterminds in a way that it's mentally fit to face any thunderstorm of life and perceive the fact that these are merely few inevitable moments of life with incredibly profound lessons for us.


If we never experience the chill of a dark winter, it is very unlikely that we will ever cherish the warmth of a bright summer’s day"


To make hardship as a blessing, firstly we need to perceive this fact and dwell in mind that it is a blessing because our mind is very powerful, it works how we programe it.

For instance, when we face a disheartening situation, believe that there is something good in it and there is a wise reason why we are facing such agonising moments.


Such experiences can either make us or break us, the choice is all Ours!


Because the moment we think that its a calamity and its very disturbing, that's when we have programmed our mastermind with negativity.

Its very simple, if we input a good perspective of our problems, they become our blessings. Why not perceive and stay determined that these problems are here to elevate us into a stronger and beautiful person who can withstand any season of life, be it happy or sad ones.




Suppose we lost your job. Its a normal reaction to feel disappointed but the earlier we transform our thoughts into positive ones, the better for our mental health and emotional wellbeing.



Believe with certainty that God has better plans for us beacsue he is our creator and he knows what is best for us








Let's try to Sustain during our hard times with patience and gratitude rather than sobbing or complaining. By doing so we will not aggravate our mental state of mind

Let's wait for our rainbow days during hard times and stay determined that pages of life flip instantly.

If today is a gloomy day, tomorrow it shall be a day full of colours and sheer bliss


But the main tool is to have a strong BELIEF SYSTEM.


Initially, it's difficult to embark on positivism but once we embrace it and train our brain in a manner that it sees some goodness even in the ugliest days of our life, we will achieve a priceless element in life; inner peace.
